Why train here

You'll train just like a professional boxer, but you'll never get hit. This is a non-contact format from day one.

First class? Arrive 15 minutes early and a coach will wrap your hands and walk you through everything before you start.

USA Boxing certified coaches, including a 1999 national and Golden Gloves champion, lead every class.

Home to Rock Steady Boxing, BoxFit's Parkinson's fitness program. The community has raised over $30,000 for it.
The BoxFit format
Every class runs the same proven structure. 12 rounds, guided by a bell every three minutes.
Get the whole body moving before the bell rings.
A quick primer on stance, guard and footwork, refreshed every class.
Throw combinations with no bag, no pads, just technique.
Rotate through heavy bag work, mitt work and a four-exercise strength and conditioning block, changing stations every three minutes when the bell rings.
Empty the tank with a finisher round.
Bring the heart rate back down before you leave.
In a single 60-minute non-contact session, expect to burn 800-1,000+ calories.
Pick your path
Whatever brings you through the door, BoxFit classes are built to get you there.
BoxFit classes will leave you sweaty, happy and stress-free.
